Webinar: Leading Through Change
Date: Wednesday, January 15, 2025
Time: 12:00 - 1:00 PM MT
Cost: $20
Evoke Consulting is pleased to deliver a 1-hour webinar to leaders in the logistics industry through CITT.
Leaders must understand the critical role they play in supporting their teams to adapt to change. As people leaders, they must be the change catalyst and champion, and they must empower their staff. This begins with seeing themselves as leaders and embracing their responsibility to own the plan. They must also pay attention to what they say and how they say it. The mic is always on, and others look to them to model expected behaviour.
This webinar will help leaders to consider one’s readiness for change and understand where resistance comes from. Attendees will also strengthen their ability to lead through change-based conversations by creating a leadership message, being clear and concise, and using confident language.
