For whatever reason, sometimes a certified member's designation lapses. Often, be it from hearing about CITT in industry news or as a professional requirement, these former members will ask about how to become reinstated. That's why we have a simple process for past certified CITT members to reclaim their CCLP designation.

To apply to have your CCLP designation reinstated:

1. Download and fill out the CCLP Designation and Certified CITT Membership Reinstatement Application (PDF)
    
2. Be sure to include a current copy of your resume with your application package.
    
3. An EFT, credit card or cheque payment for the reinstatement fee of $200 plus applicable taxes.
    
4. Once your application for reinstatement has been approved, you will be issued an invoice for your professional fees for the current year. The current fee is $425 + applicable taxes.
   
   Once this fee has been paid, you will be considered fully reinstated and a CITT-Certified Logistics Professional and CITT member in good standing.
