Exhibitor Booth Package

Exhibitor booths are set up in a high-traffic area near the learning sessions, where attendees also access coffee and network during dedicated breaks. Your space includes an 8’ x 8’ carpeted area, with a 6-foot draped table and two chairs. Personalize your space with signage, demos, and collateral. If you need any specific requests, just let us know! Please be aware that space is limited and cannot be exceeded.

Base package includes access for TWO booth reps who get: Welcome Reception on Wednesday, and breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks for Thursday and Friday. They'll also get a copy of the opt-in attendee directory – your go-to resource to plan networking during and after the event, received by all attendees prior to the start of the conference. Booth reps must be listed in the directory.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Awards Dinner tickets for Friday evening available for $200 + HST per person.
  • Additional reps: $450 + HST per person.
